Where is the non-obvious stress coming from?

When there is no obvious stress in our lives, then where is the stress coming from? Evaluating our values, goals, and actions, we may see that we are procrastinating taking actions congruent with what is important to us. It may be that the important actions are not as urgent or they are hard to do. Or it may be that we have conflicting values competing for our time. For example, if we value that we follow our unique life passion and play our unique life song, and at the same time we want to be selfless and please others as well, we can run ourselves ragged. Given limited time – we’ll need to prioritize the important non-urgent tasks above other non-urgent, non-important ones. If we do not prioritize appropriately each day, then little stresses build up leaving our lives unfulfilled.
